Home for me is in the beautiful Wairarapa region of New Zealand.

My background is in leadership development and executive coaching, and coaching supervision having completed a Master’s Degree in Business Coaching and Ph.D. in coaching supervision: theory and its application in practice in the executive coaching context.

My work experience covers many different industries including NFP, Government, and Private sector; including coaching and consulting services in leadership and organisational development.

Apart from the main topic of my Ph.D., my research interests include leadership development, authentic leadership and reflective practice – a much-needed capability in today’s ever-changing world.

In the rare moments of leisure between work and many years of study, I enjoy reading (novels), photography, live theatre, overseas travel, and a budding interest in Astronomy.
